After Jesus publicly declared Himself King, the very first thing He did is DECLARE OWNERSHIP AND PURPOSE OF HIS TEMPLE.
BIBLICAL TRUTH:
Mark 11:17
“He was teaching them: “Is it not written, My house will be called a HOUSE OF PRAYER for ALL NATIONS? But you have made it a DEN OF THIEVES!”
LIFE-CHANGING TRUTH:
As we learn to respect God’s house, the building, and remember our bodies are God’s temple, it should change how we approach worship.
